- Obtained all permits for the works required by Network Rail
Installation
- Removed existing ventilation system
- Installed a new condenser and ceiling-mounted AC cassette. Works completed by a subcontractor (managed by Barden FM)
- Replaced ceiling tiles
- Improved the condition of the ceiling lights
- Tested and commissioned
